Install the App and Sign In

Our church app keeps you connected on your phone, with everything from events and messages to notifications in one place. This guide shows you how to install it and sign in so you can enjoy all the member features.

Install the app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone, or Google Play on your Android phone.
  2. Search for our church app by name. If you are not sure of the exact name, ask a staff member or check your church’s website for a download link.
  3. Tap Get (iPhone) or Install (Android) and wait for it to download.
  4. Tap Open, or find the new app icon on your home screen and tap it to launch.

Browse without an account

You can open the app and look around straight away. Many areas are open to everyone. To unlock the member features, you will be invited to sign up or log in. You can do this at any time by opening the menu and tapping your name or the Members area at the top.

Create a new account

  1. When the Members screen appears, tap Sign Up.
  2. Fill in your First name, Last name and Email.
  3. Choose a Password. It must be at least eight characters and include a number, both upper and lower case letters, and a special character.
  4. Tap Sign up.
  5. You will see a message confirming your account was created. Check your email for an activation link and tap it to activate your account.
  • If the activation email does not arrive, you can request a new one later from your profile.

Log in with your email and password

  1. On the Members screen, tap Log in.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Tap Login. A “Welcome back!” message confirms you are signed in.

If you would rather not type a password, you can ask the app to email you a secure link that signs you in.

  1. On the Members or Login screen, tap Login via Email Link.
  2. Enter your Email and tap Email me a login link.
  3. Open the email on your phone and tap the link. The app opens, verifies the link, and signs you in automatically.
  • Login links expire after a short time, so use the most recent email and open it on the same phone.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the Login screen, tap Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your account Email and tap Send reset email.
  3. Check your inbox for a new password, then return to the app and log in.

Tips

  • Use the same email address every time so all your details stay together in one account.
  • If you ever get a “You need to be logged in” message, it simply means that area is for members. Just log in and try again.
  • You can read our Privacy Policy from any of the sign-in screens.
