When your church is streaming a service online, you can join in live from the app. This lets you take part in worship from home, while travelling, or whenever you cannot be there in person.
Join the live stream
- Open the app and go to the live stream section.
- If a stream is playing, it appears at the top of the screen. Tap it to start watching.
- Use the on-screen controls to play, pause and adjust the volume.
- If you see an Open Livestream button, tap it to open the stream in your browser or video app.
- Read any details your church has added below the player for what is on and when.
If the stream is not live yet
- Pull down on the screen to refresh and check again.
- If you see a message that there is no stream yet, it simply has not started. Come back closer to your service time.
- Live streams use more data, so Wi-Fi is best if you have it.
- If the video stalls, check your internet connection and refresh the screen.
