If you have signed up for a monthly or yearly subscription, ETKApps automatically charges your credit card each month or year until you cancel. This article explains what happens if one of those charges fails.
If a payment fails
If we are not able to take a successful payment from your credit card on the date your payment is due, you will receive an email letting you know that your ETKApps subscription payment failed.
Your grace period
Do not worry. We give you an automatic three week grace period before your account is deactivated if there is not a successful payment in that time.
Automatic retries
Over that three week period, ETKApps will automatically try to charge the credit card on file up to four more times.
