- Android users can download the app from the Google Play store.
- Apple iOS users can download the app from the Apple App Store.

- Supported models: iPhone 7 or later.
- Operating system requirement: iOS 12.0.0 or later.
Tablet
- Supported models: iPad 5th Gen or later, iPad Air 2 or later, and iPad Mini or later.
- Operating system requirement: iOS 12.0.0 or later.
Device compatibility: Android
Mobile
- Supported models: all major Android devices released in the last three years are supported. The app is optimised for Samsung and Google Pixel devices.
- Operating system requirement: Android version 7.0 or later.
Tablet
- Supported models: Samsung tablets released in the last three years are supported.
- Operating system requirement: Android version 7.0 or later.
