Your church can use forms to collect information from you, such as a registration, a sign-up, or a contact message. This guide shows you how to complete and send a form from the app.
Open a form
- Open the app and tap the form you want from your menu, tabs, or wherever your church has linked it.
- The form opens with its title and, often, a short description explaining what it is for.
Fill in the fields
- Work through each field from top to bottom.
- Type into text boxes for answers like your name, email, or a message.
- For choice fields, tap to pick from a list, select an option, tick the boxes that apply, or choose a date.
- Complete any required fields. If you leave one out, a message appears at the top of the form and takes you to the field that still needs an answer.
Submit the form
- When everything looks right, tap the submit button at the bottom. The label depends on the form and may say Submit or something your church has set.
- A confirmation message appears that says Thank you! with the note that your submission has been sent. Tap Ok to close it.
- The form clears, so you can fill it in again later if you need to.
Tips
- Take a moment to check your answers before you submit, especially your email or phone number, so your church can reach you.
- If the form will not send, check your internet connection and try again. A short message lets you know if something goes wrong.
