When you have something on your heart, you can send a prayer request straight from the app and your church will pray for you. This guide shows you how to fill in and send a request.
Open the prayer feature
- Open the app and find the prayer feature in your menu or tabs. It may be called Prayer, Prayer Wall, or a name your church has chosen.
- Tap to open it. The prayer request form loads on the screen.
Fill in your request
- Read any heading or description at the top so you know what your church is asking for.
- Fill in each field on the form. A request usually has a short subject and a larger box for your prayer, and may also ask for details like your name or contact information.
- For choice fields, tap to pick an option, select from a list, or tick the boxes that apply.
- Make sure any required fields are completed. If you miss one, a message appears at the top of the form and points you to the field that still needs an answer.
Send your request
- When you are happy with what you have written, tap the submit button at the bottom of the form. It is usually labelled Submit or Send Prayer Request.
- A confirmation message appears that says Thank you! with the note that your submission has been sent. Tap Ok to close it.
- The form clears so it is ready if you would like to send another request later.
Tips
- If you see a message that the prayer form could not be loaded, try again in a moment, and if it keeps happening let your church know.
- If a request will not send, check your internet connection and try again. You will see a short message if something goes wrong.
- Some churches also let you view prayer requests from within the same feature. Tap View Prayer Requests if you would like to pray for others. You may need to be signed in to see them.
